- The majority of HS Croft Ltd products are returnable within 30 days, subject to the following conditions..
- All goods must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging with all paperwork and certificates included. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for products returned without their certifications (where applicable). All goods must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date of your order. Merchandise returned after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. The 30-day return policy does not apply if two or more things are purchased with the purpose of returning one or more items, and the diamond's price exceeds £12,000 before VAT.
- Due to health and safety and hygiene concerns, earrings cannot be returned for a refund. The 30-day return policy does not apply to customised items or anything that have been personalised. Items received beyond the 30-day return window will not be eligible for a refund.
- All returned products are thoroughly inspected, authenticated, and verified by HSC DIAMONDS upon arrival. If you desire to return an item, please contact us first and we will give you with further information. The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs for any goods. The client is responsible for insuring return shipments for their full value. HSC DIAMONDS is not liable for any shipping-related losses or damages. We recommend that you return any packages by Royal Mail special delivery and fully insure the box. We strongly urge that you do not put HSC DIAMONDS on any shipments, but instead write HS CROFT LTD for security reasons.
