We provide free shipping on all of our products. When your order is complete and we are completely satisfied, we will notify you that the item is ready to be shipped.
How long will my order take?
Normal delivery timeframes range from 10 to 14 days. For custom designs, delivery times may take longer. Please get in touch with us if you have a deadline. We will always make every effort to meet your needs.
Can I place an order online but collect from your Hatton garden office?
Yes, just click collection in person at checkout.
How will my jewellery be packaged?
We employ highly unobtrusive packing for shipping. Your item will come in a Royal Mail special delivery bag (Fedex for overseas purchases) with no mention of Hsc Diamonds.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer free shipping worldwide.
Will the delivery be insured?
All things are completely insured by us until they are delivered and a signature is obtained at the delivery address.
